Okay, so Leo season officially begins on July 22nd and runs through August 22nd, and I need you to understand that this is not your average Leo season. We have Jupiter, the planet of abundance and good fortune, in Leo during Leo season for the first time in 12 years. That means the Sun and Jupiter will align exactly on July 29th, which also happens to be the day of the full moon. This alignment is going to bring a surge of optimism, joy, good luck and confidence into all of our lives. Leo placements, it's our time to shine, to attract, to receive, to be abundant. And all my fixed signs are going to feel this energy in a majorly beautiful way. Leo, Aquarius, Taurus and Scorpio, this is it.
Mercury finally goes direct
The day after Leo season begins, Mercury finally stations direct on July 23rd. That brutal retrograde is officially over. All the messiness, the emotional confusion, the miscommunication, the delays, that's ending. We can finally embrace progress, action and clarity. Cancer placements, your season may be over but at least Mercury will now be direct in your sign so you can experience some relief. Gemini and Virgo placements, you know the deal during those retrogrades, so you can finally breathe too.
Eclipses have the tendency to flip and rearrange our lives in order to align us with a greater destiny.
The nodes shift and eclipse season begins
The biggest transit of the season is the south node moving into Leo and the north node moving into Aquarius on July 26th. This means there's going to be a solar eclipse in Leo on August 12th. With it being a south node eclipse in Leo, my Leo placements, we're going to be shedding some major skin and releasing an old version of ourselves. We're stepping into a more powerful and aligned version of ourselves, but we have to leave something behind. There's going to be a lot of inner work during this season as well.
